What we collect

Your name, email address, hashed password, and subscription metadata (plan, period, billing status). Payment information is handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.

How we use it

To send you tips, to operate your dashboard, to process billing via Stripe, and to notify you of material service changes. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with wagering operators, advertisers, or anyone else outside the infrastructure providers required to run the service (Supabase, Stripe, Resend).

Cookies

We set a secure, first-party session cookie used by our authentication system (Supabase). That’s it — no third-party tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers.

Your rights

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@thebettingsyndicate.com.au. We action verified requests within 30 days.
