1. The service
The Betting Syndicate (“we”, “us”) provides a subscription information service containing Australian thoroughbred racing tips, form analysis and performance tracking. We do not accept wagers, hold any money staked on selections, or act as a bookmaker. You place bets yourself, through licensed Australian wagering operators.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and an Australian resident to create an account. By subscribing you confirm that you meet these requirements. Persons excluded from wagering under state law or the National Self-Exclusion Register (BetStop) must not subscribe.
3. Subscription & payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the cadence you selected (weekly or monthly). You can cancel at any time from your Account page; cancellation is immediate and you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued on started billing periods.
4. No guarantees
Our tips are informed opinions based on publicly available data and proprietary modelling. They are provided for research and entertainment. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We do not guarantee any particular outcome or financial return. You accept full responsibility for any wagers you place and any associated losses.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including tips, analyst notes, proprietary ratings, and the composite model output — is owned by us and licensed to you for personal use. You may not republish, resell or systematically scrape content without written permission.

7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute is submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
